By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 92koko (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 92koko.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 92koko platform. Your continued use of any 92koko service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and use 92koko, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 92koko, nor be subject to an active self-exclusion request.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. 92koko may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in account restriction.

92koko reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registration constitutes your representation that all eligibility requirements are met.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 92koko. Operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered to different email addresses, mobile numbers, or household members sharing the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, OTP codes).
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 92koko immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your registered contact details (mobile number, email) remain accurate and accessible.

92koko will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Deposits: 92koko accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. Before a withdrawal is processed, 92koko may require identity verification (KYC) documents including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Processing times are indicative only and may vary based on payment provider timelines and verification status.

Currency: All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

92koko reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, or where fraudulent, suspicious, or rule-violating activity is suspected.

All bets placed on 92koko are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, which are published within each game or betting section of the Platform. In all cases:

• Bets are binding once confirmed. 92koko does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where an obvious error in odds or game outcome has occurred, as determined solely by 92koko.
• 92koko reserves the right to void any bet where technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing errors are identified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game or market are displayed at the time of placing the bet. These limits may be amended by 92koko without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting markets are suspended and reopened at 92koko's discretion. 92koko is not liable for bets placed during a data delay or feed interruption.
• Winnings are credited to your 92koko wallet balance upon settlement. Settlement timing depends on the game type and, for sports bets, on the conclusion of the relevant event.

For cricket betting specifically (including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches), official match results as declared by the relevant governing body are used for settlement purposes. Abandoned or postponed events are settled in accordance with 92koko's sports betting rules published in the betting section.

92koko may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible users at its discretion. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific Terms that are published alongside the relevant promotion. General bonus conditions applicable across all 92koko promotions include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted directly to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, structured betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting pricing errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• 92koko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications do not apply retroactively to bonuses already awarded and partially wagered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 92koko and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Match fixing, collusion, or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of sporting events or casino games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using 92koko for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gambling.
• Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward 92koko staff or other platform users.

All content on the 92koko Platform — including but not limited to the 92koko brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 92koko or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 92koko.

Third-party game content displayed on 92koko remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, Ezugi, and others). Unauthorised reproduction of such content is prohibited independently of 92koko's own intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92koko's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 92koko shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Technical malfunctions in casino game software operated by licensed third-party providers, where the provider's own resolution mechanism applies.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your own breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

92koko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Court order or regulatory direction.

Upon account closure for Terms violations, 92koko reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a self-exclusion request or voluntary account closure in good standing, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method.

92koko is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its users. All 92koko users are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through your 92koko account will be actioned within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, 92koko will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to your account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a breach of these Terms.

92koko will not knowingly allow persons under 18 to register or use the Platform. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately and all funds confiscated in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92koko is incorporated. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of 92koko complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Pakistan applicable to online gaming.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of 92koko shall first be submitted to 92koko's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at the email address below. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in 92koko's jurisdiction. Class action proceedings are expressly waived to the extent permitted by law.

92koko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor corrections and clarifications may be published without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 92koko Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment.
